The Lobster Catch, an abstract take of the North Antrim Coast capturing the boat entering the harbour after a busy day catching lobsters Local fishers operate small inshore boats often operated by independent, multi-generational families—using traditional mesh traps known as creels or lobster pots. The pots are baited with oily fish (like salted mackerel or herring) and dropped in strings along rocky sea-floor reefs.
